SULO® MGB 120 liter trash can blue

SULO® MGB 120 litre wheelie bin in blue – paper, cardboard and cartons

The blue version (RAL 5023) of this 120-litre container is designed for waste paper collection. Paper is heavier than many people expect: the Citybac® holds up to 48 kg of filling weight, with a permitted total weight of 60 kg. The HDPE body is unaffected by moisture, so soaked paper does not damage the container.

What distinguishes this container:

• Robust construction: Precision-made and designed for durability; SULO is certified.
• HDPE body: 100% recyclable, 0% waste at end of life cycle.
• 120 litre capacity: Designed for larger amounts of waste.
• Handling: Easy to manoeuvre and clean; corrosion-resistant metal components.
• Expandable: Personalisation and noise reduction as options, standard lid or clip lid.
• Ready for identification systems: Chip nest for digital waste management.

Dimensions and weights:

• Capacity (nominal volume): 120 L
• Empty weight: 8,9 kg
• Max. filling weight: 48 kg
• Permitted total weight: 60 kg
• Dimensions (H x W x D): approx. 933 x 500 x 550 mm
• Wheel diameter: approx. 200 mm

Blue – the everyday paper bin: In Germany, blue containers are usually used for paper, cardboard and cartons: newspapers, magazines, catalogues, brochures, writing and printer paper, books without plastic covers, and packaging cartons. Cartons should be folded flat – otherwise the volume is exhausted faster than the permitted weight. Coated or heavily soiled paper, hygiene papers, wallpaper remnants and, in most regions, beverage cartons, which count as light packaging, do not belong here. In some local authorities, waste paper is collected in green containers instead of blue ones; responsibility lies with the local waste management company, whose specifications are decisive.
