Green is assigned differently by region

In many towns, green identifies food waste, while in other regions it identifies waste paper collection. Before ordering, clarify which waste stream your waste management company assigns to the colour green – this designation is set at local authority level and is not uniform nationwide. The bin is equipped for both cases: the injection-moulded HDPE is rot-proof and insensitive to moisture, so that even wet food waste cannot harm the material.

Round lid or flat lid?

The round lid gains additional filling space through its curvature and is suitable for loosely tipped waste. Flat-lid containers are stackable and require less height. Both are four-wheeled containers for multi-occupancy buildings, businesses and local authorities – single households are better served by two-wheeled bins.
