This is exactly where the four-wheeled container shows its strength: waste paper is light but extremely bulky, and unfolded shipping cartons fill smaller bins within a few days. In residential complexes, offices and commercial businesses, an 1100-litre container is therefore often more economical than several two-wheeled bins. Check your local authority's regulations beforehand, as the assignment of colours to fractions is determined locally and varies by region.

Round lid: more volume for bulky fractions

The domed lid shape noticeably increases the usable space above the container's rim – for loosely deposited paper, which can barely be compacted, this pays off every day. Flat-lid containers are the right choice when containers need to be stackable. This model is aimed at multi-family housing, businesses and local authorities, not individual households.
