In some places they designate food waste, elsewhere paper collection. Since the assignment is regulated locally and can vary, it is worth checking your local waste regulations before ordering. The MGB 660 is suitable for both fractions: the rot-resistant HDPE does not absorb moisture, and with a permitted filling weight of 264 kg, even heavy, wet food waste is no problem.

The flat lid in comparison

Flat-lid containers are low and stackable when empty, which matters in bin sheds and for interim storage. Round-lid containers instead offer greater capacity for bulky, loose waste. At 660 litres, this four-wheeled container sits between the two-wheeled bin and the 1100-litre model – suitable for smaller multi-family housing, catering businesses and municipal facilities, but not for individual households.
