SULO® MGB 240 liter trash can grey with green lid

SULO® MGB 240 Litre Wheelie Bin Grey with Green Lid – bio-waste or waste paper, depending on the municipality

In this variant, the grey standard body carries a green lid. The principle behind this is well established in many municipalities: one uniform container for all fractions, with the distinction made by the lid colour. The Citybac® 240L from SULO is a milestone in environmentally friendly waste collection – a reduced weight of 2.7 kg per container, 82% less carbon consumption and an ECO design whose optimised geometry ensures maximum stability and 20% higher loading capacity for lorry deliveries.

Green is not uniform nationwide. In some municipalities the green lid marks the bio bin, in others the waste paper collection, and in some cases purely garden clippings. Before putting it into use, you should therefore check your waste disposal company's requirements. If the container is used for bio-waste collection, kitchen and garden waste without plastic bags belongs in it; if it is used for paper, the rules for newspapers, brochures and cardboard apply. In commercial and municipal operations, green is also often used for internally defined fractions.
