Green: food waste or waste paper

The green version is used, depending on the local authority, for food waste or for waste paper. Which waste stream applies locally is determined by your public waste management authority – the colour allocation is regulated at local authority level and varies by region. For food waste, the rot-proof material and the easy-to-clean interior geometry speak in its favour; for paper, it is the large volume.

What the flap-in-lid offers

The integrated flap allows filling without lifting the main lid. For food waste, this keeps the bin closed almost continuously; for paper, the closed main lid prevents it getting soaked; at the same time, the smaller opening makes it harder to introduce foreign material. For comparison: round-lid containers use the curvature for additional capacity, flat-lid bins are lower and stackable. The four-wheeled container is used in multi-occupancy buildings, commercial enterprises and municipal facilities.

• Injection-moulded HDPE parts made from a specially developed material, insensitive to rot, frost, heat and many chemicals, UV-stabilised and therefore resistant to ageing

• Lightweight, stable lid with rounded profile for optimal water drainage, no water ingress when opening, smooth wall surfaces and large radii for quick cleaning
• Integrated chip nest in accordance with RAL-GZ 951/1, compatible with identification and weighing systems
• Complies with EN 840 and RAL-GZ 951/1, management systems according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001, all components recyclable, colours cadmium-free and environmentally friendly
