The grey SULO Citybac® Vario answers the demands of modern waste separation: lockable inserts let you adjust the collection volume to actual need without replacing the entire container. This is useful anywhere volumes change – for example with varying occupancy or seasonal fluctuations.

Grey – the classic residual waste colour

In most municipalities grey bins are assigned to residual waste: hygiene items, sweepings, vacuum cleaner bags and anything that does not belong in paper, bio-waste or packaging collection. Because residual waste is often billed by container size, the ability to step down the volume is a genuine cost lever – anyone who regularly puts out a half-empty bin can switch to a smaller volume. Please note that colour assignment is regulated by the local authority and can vary by region.
