Bin locks for wheelie bins & waste containers

A bin lock protects against unauthorised use, 'waste tourism' and people rummaging through your bin — a growing concern for property managers, businesses and residents in densely built-up areas, because whoever pays does not want to dispose of other people's waste. We offer retrofittable systems from O.M.R. and Sudhaus: the universal bin lock for common 2-wheeled bins (60–360 litres), locks with lock cylinders for individual master key systems, and special versions for 1,100 litre waste containers with round or flat lids. Gravity locks unlock automatically when the bin is tipped by the refuse vehicle — so the bin is emptied as normal, without the collection crew needing a key. Installation takes just a few minutes with a drill and standard tools; fixing materials and instructions are included.
